Interested in caroling
in a future season?
Here's how!

Step 1 - form your own caroling group
Gather your own group of singers - our caroling groups include school and church choirs, youth groups, National Honor Society members, Student Councils, Boy and Girl Scout troops, barbershop groups, amateur and professional singing groups, and families and friends who just LOVE to sing Christmas songs (and want to help children)!
Step 2 - choose your caroling location
-carol in your neighborhood
Choose your caroling location and your date. Then complete the form below, or call us at 314-863-1225. We'll connect you to your neighborhood Area Chairman, who will record your group's plans and provide your "Caroling Kit" of supplies. You'll return your cans (filled with donations!) to your Chairman after caroling.
-or, carol at a "Public Venue"
If neighborhood caroling is not for you, maybe you'd like to try one of our Public Venues!
The StLCCA has partnerships with a number of public venues (the Airport, various shopping centers, stores and markets) who welcome our carolers during the season. Groups generally sign up in one hour increments, and collect donations using our cans and special signage.
See the current Public Venue options on this page.
To sign your group up to sing at one of our Public Venues, complete the form below, or call us at 314-863-1225.
We will get you on the schedule, and link you with an Area Chairman for supplies.
Step 3 - Contact us
Whether you decide to carol in a neighborhood or a public venue, your final step MUST BE to contact the StLCCA by phone or by completing the form below. We will be in touch (usually within a few hours) to schedule your plans and make arrangements to provide your Caroling Kit.

Important Announcement Regarding the 2020 season

In response to the
Covid-19 pandemic and the
special concerns involving singing,
the St. Louis Christmas Carols Association
Board of Trustees
has determined, at this time,
we will NOT be scheduling in-person caroling
for the 2020 season. This difficult decision was made in an abundance of caution for the safety and health of both our volunteer carolers and their audience.
While 2020 will certainly look different
from past seasons,
we are not giving up on caroling!
We are working to develop
virtual offerings
to support our mission during these unprecedented times.
We will be sharing these new opportunities on our website and social media channels - be sure to check back soon!
