If you get a great shot, you can also text it to the office number so we have it for the future.  Please make sure that any photo you share with us has the permission of singers and make sure to tell us who you are so we can reach back out to confirm receipt!

Details for Terminal 1 (United/Delta)

  • CAROLING LOCATION - Outside main doors at passenger drop-off. You may consider setting up toward the west end of drop-off, since many people arrange to get picked up there after their flights and may linger in that area longer.

  • Restrooms are available onsite. 

  • Online Donations are encouraged! Signs and the collection can will have a QR code that can be scanned to donate online.

  • Consider wearing costumes, bringing small instruments like bells, or brainstorming other fun ideas to help your group stand out in the crowd! 

Details for Terminal 2 (Southwest) 

  • CAROLING LOCATION - Outside the building near the baggage carousels, Door 14.

  • Restrooms are available onsite. 

  • Sign is stored behind the desk (next to Door 12 in baggage claim).  There is a space between the back desk and the windows. Groups can pickup the sign there and return to that desk after singing.
